How is that the government's business? Why take a progressive step forward and then include this caveat? I don't care about the 10 seconds. I care about my privacy. Does tracking this at some point lead to my insurance premiums changing as a result of how many six packs I consume? You know what. I don't want to buy sixpacks that badly. Hopefully it makes it through the sausage-grinder intact. 100% carding is an annoyance, but if it means I get my hands on better beer in more places, it's worth the extra 10 seconds. I like it.
